ZAYLÍ uses third-party fulfilment and delivery partners. Orders may be supplied in the manufacturer or supplier's original product packaging.

United States shipping

We currently advertise free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. The fulfilment partner for the Copper Peptide Hair Growth Serum currently shows an average U.S. shipping time of approximately 8 days. This is an estimate only and does not include order processing time.

Processing

Orders require processing before dispatch. Processing time can vary based on stock availability, supplier handling, weekends, holidays, and order volume. Once an order has entered fulfilment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs, address issues, peak periods, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are provided after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to begin showing movement.
