These Terms of Service apply when you access or purchase from ZAYLÍ. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store.
About ZAYLÍ
ZAYLÍ is an online retailer that curates third-party hair and scalp-care products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZAYLÍ does not manufacture the products sold on the store. Products may arrive in the manufacturer or supplier's original packaging.
Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, ingredient information, images, pricing, packaging information, and availability accurately. Supplier information and packaging may change over time. The physical product label should be treated as the final source for current ingredients, directions, and warnings.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, stock problems, payment issues, or obvious pricing errors. If a paid order is cancelled, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Pricing and bundles
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store or at checkout. Bundle prices may provide a lower per-unit price than purchasing individual units separately. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be shown where required or may be imposed by third parties.
Shipping and fulfilment

Product use
Use products according to the physical product label and instructions. Hair and scalp-care products are cosmetic products and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results vary. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional advice if needed.

Returns, refunds, damaged items, and order issues are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any rights that apply under law.
Intellectual property
ZAYLÍ branding, store design, and original written content may not be copied or used without permission except where permitted by law. Third-party product names, packaging, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The store uses Shopify and may rely on payment processors, fulfilment providers, suppliers, analytics services, and delivery carriers. Those third parties may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Liability and consumer rights
